Mr. Rohit Kalra

Mr. Rohit is a professional banker with vast experience in retail banking. He is a holder of Bsc Computer Applications from Pune University and completed his master's from Symbiosis University. Rohit is also well vested in Transport and Logistics management. He is currently overseeing all infrastructure projects of Kuber Group. He has successful led the group’s infrastructure projects in various parts of Ghana since taking charge of the affairs at the Subsidiary.

    • Rohit was the Deputy General Manager during his time with Technologi Vehicle Limited, where he was responsible for managing a large Logistics team that hauled for business giants such as DHL, Coke, Unilever and Nestle. As a banker, Rohit have had his stint at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), Mumbai- India and ING VYSYA Bank, India. At SCB where he was the Assistant Manager Origination, he achieved great feats in handling the bank’s international trade deals and high net worth customers. And at ING VYSYA Bank, he was a relationship manager in charge of the bank’s Trade and Forex. As a technology driven professional, Rohit is noted for insisting on deploying the best technological tool in all his work processes.

Mr. Rahul Kalra

Mr. Rahul is a management expert with a great career in e-commerce. He had his post graduate professional training in hotel management in France. As an entrepreneur, Rahul has ventured couple of initiatives in diverse sectors. Prominent among such ventures is his first attempt into the recycling of plastic waste in Ghana where he successfully established a waste recycle plant at Nsawam.

Prior to becoming the MD of ABS, he served at Africakart.com and ACEC, where he was the MD and Logistics Director respectively. Mr. Nii Amanor Dodoo

Mr. Nii Amanor Dodoo is the Chief Executive Officer of PMO Ghana Limited, a professional services company incorporated in 2019, through which he carries out the receivership engagement of 5 banks that were placed in Receivership by the Central Bank in Ghana. Nii Amanor Dodoo was appointed Receiver of the 5 banks by the Central Bank on 1 August 2018 when the banking licences of the banks were revoked.

    • Prior to assuming the CEO role at PMO Ghana Limited, Amanor was the Senior Partner of the KPMG practice in Ghana between 1 January 2013 and 30 September 2019. His core functions as a Senior Partner included providing strategic direction and managing the firm’s operations to ensure the delivery of key corporate objectives. During his time as the Senior Partner, Amanor also provided restructuring and audit services to several clients. In his role as the Senior Partner, Amanor had additional responsibility for KPMG’s business in Sierra Leone and Liberia. He also served as a member of KPMG’s West Africa Board, the body that oversees activities of KPMG firms in the West African sub-region.
      Prior to Amanor’s appointment as the Senior Partner, he headed the Audit unit of the KPMG practice in Ghana between 1 October 2010 and 31 December 2012. Between 1 October 2006 and 30 September 2010, Amanor worked with the KPMG practice in Nigeria, on secondment from the Ghana practice, and was the Partner in charge of the Energy (audit) unit from 1 October 2006 to 30 September 2007 and the Consumer and Industrial Markets (audit) unit between 1 October 2007 and 30 September 2010.
      Amanor was admitted to partnership of the KPMG practice in Ghana in 1992 and served as an assurance engagement partner to several clients across various industry sectors, including key subsidiaries of global clients in Ghana and Nigeria, some of which included Guinness, Nestle, Scancom, Barclays, Ecobank and GCB Bank in Ghana. He also served as assurance partner for Guinness, Nestle, APM Terminals, Haliburton, Total, Celtel (which later became Zain) and EMTS (a subsidiary of Etisalat) in Nigeria. Apart from assurance services, Amanor also served as engagement partner on a number of special assignments and investigations into various aspects of the operations of many companies. He was responsible for Risk Management, Training, Ethics and Independence in the KPMG practice in Ghana between 1 October 2002 and 30 September 2006.
      Amanor has deep experience in various sectors of industry, including Financial services; Telecommunications; Consumer and Industrial Markets; Infrastructure, Government and Health; and Energy and Natural Resources. His extensive working experience spans Ghana, Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Amanor retired from KPMG on 30 September 2019 after 40 years of meritorious service. Amanor is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in Ghana and Nigeria.

Mr. Kweku Awotwi

    • Kweku A. Awotwi has thirty-five (35) years of combined international, operational leadership and executive and non-executive experience in the energy, mining and natural resource sectors, as well as in banking, asset management, media and non-profit organizations. He is a successful entrepreneur and proven business leader in both the public and private sectors, and has been recognized for growing,turning around and transforming companies into industry champions. He has deep expertise in board governance and strategic planning, and also led audit and credit committees for a major banking institution. He is known for his open and inclusive style and is able to communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders. He is a published author and a recognized keynote speaker. He has completed transactions and conducted business in twenty countries on four continents.
      He is currently the Board Chairman of United Bank for Africa (Ghana) Ltd, the Multimedia Group Ltd in Ghana, and the non-profit sports for development organization Playsoccer Ghana which he co-founded in 1999. He has been the past Board Chairman of Stanbic Bank (Ghana) Ltd (2012 – 2018), Ghana’s Volta River Authority (2017-202), and a Board member of several energy and mining organizations across Africa.
      An electrical engineer by training, Kweku started out his career designing integrated circuits for ITT and GE/RCA respectively between 1984-1988. He worked for Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation between 1990-1998,where he left as Business Manager of the Primary Aluminum Business Unit; served as Managing Director, Strategic Planning & New Business Development for Ashanti Goldfields Company from 1998-2004; Chief Executive of Ghana’s Volta River Authority (2009-2013); and most recently, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Tullow Oil plc (UK) and Tullow Ghana Ltd respectively from 2018-2020.
      In between these corporate assignments, he has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures in energy and mining across Africa. These include a US $1 Billion 375 MW independent power project, Cenpower Generation, which he co-founded and developed, and which reached commercial operation in 2019;a start-up oil and gas exploration company, Midway Resources, where he was CEO and laid the foundation of several licence and asset acquisitions in East and West Africa; an electricity meter factory in Kaduna, Nigeria which became operational in 2021; and a South African gold mining company reverse listed into a Hong-Kong listed public company.
      Mr. Awotwi has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford, California, and a B.S in Electrical Engineering, Economics and Political Science from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
